3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received before your order is shipped.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, unless an exception under applicable law applies. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

8. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.
